What are the order deadlines for the Educational Visits Guide?

The guide is printed just before christmas and is distributed either to local education authorities or directly to schools in January.

Do I need to supply artwork for the individual entries in the Educational Visits Guide?

    No, if you are just booking an individual entry all we require is your information and a picture, then we can take care of the rest. You will recieve a proof of your entry before it goes to print so that you can make any necessary changes. If however you book an advert we would either require artwork from yourselves or we can design it for an additional charge.

When do I pay for advertising in the Educational Visits Guide?

We send out invoices at the end of January or beginning of February once the guide has been distributed. Our terms of payment are 30 days from invoice date.

How do I add my events and special offers to the educationalvisitsuk.com website?

When the site goes live with the current years information, you will recieve an email from us giving you instructions on where to log on and also a unique username and password so that you can add events yourself.
